Our standard delivery time entails processing and dispatching goods within 48 hours of placing an order via Royal Mail delivery.

– Delivery is only available in the UK.

– A delivery fee of £3.99 +VAT is applied to all individual orders under £90.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Upon receipt of your item, it is imperative to promptly inspect it for any discrepancies.

Please obtain a returns authorisation number before initiating the return process (refer to the section titled “How to Return Your Item to Us” below).

 

YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

Should you decide to cancel your order, you have a 7-day window to do so under our 7-day return policy, commencing from the day after you received the item.

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions outlined in the customer service section.

All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Return charges are to be covered by the customer.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for certain items unless they remain unopened or in their original condition, or if they are faulty (see section titled “Damaged or Faulty Items” below).

Please exercise reasonable care when handling and inspecting items upon receipt, ensuring that any security seals or tags remain intact.

 

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

We apologise if you have received an incorrect item. To receive a refund or replacement, the item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

 

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

If you have not received your item, please notify us within 21 days of receiving an email confirmation of the item’s dispatch.

 

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO US

1. Contact us through your account via our online message centre.

2. Provide our customer service team with your order number, the item you are returning, and the reason for return to obtain a unique returns authorisation number and return address.

3. Securely package the item and include your order number, name, and address inside the package.

4. Obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when sending the item back to us.

If a replacement is requested and the product is unavailable, we will process a refund using the original payment method.

Please note that any item accepted and subsequently returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

 

WHAT WE’LL DO NEXT

All returned products are inspected by our Returns Department.

If eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 working days of receiving a cancellation request or at the latest within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
